Skylake Medical Associates has been providing quality Multi specialty care in North Miami Beach and surrounding ares. Our providers have a range of backgrounds, specializing in Podiatry, Internal Medicine Wound Care, Family Medicine, Integrative Medicine and Preventive Medicine. We have also added Regenerative Therapy.

Dr. Dmitry Sandler, DPM, FACFAS, WCC

Dr. Dmitry Sandler, DPM, is a podiatry specialist with over 25 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1999. As a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon and Certified Wound Care Specialist, Dr. Sandler has dedicated his skills and expertise to improving the lives of patients throughout South Florida.

Larisa Turetsky, MSN, APRN, CRNA

Larisa Turetsky MSN, APRN/CRNA has 30+ years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from St. Petersburg Pediatric Medical Academy, Russia. After coming to the US, she graduated with honors from FIU with dual degrees as a Nurse Practitioner and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. As a practitioner, she specializes in primary care, pediatric and adult urgent care, pain management, epidurals, facet injections among many others. She is available for EMC evaluations in person as well as via Telemedicine. In addition, She is an expert in regenerative medicine, including PRP, stem cells and exosomes therapies.
