How It Works

  • These stem cells, when injected or infused, migrate to damaged tissues to reduce inflammation, stimulate blood vessel formation, and activate tissue repair via paracrine signaling.
  • Instead of removing damaged tissue like traditional surgeries, this approach regenerates from within, tapping into your body’s natural healing mechanisms

Why Choose It Over Traditional Procedures?

  • Minimally invasive with reduced risk of bleeding, infection, or scarring.
  • Faster recovery, helping you return to normal activities sooner.
  • Tailored treatments based on your medical history and needs.

All of Skylake's Stem Cell and Exosome treatments are ethically sourced

Frequently Asked Questions

How do Skylake's Stem Cell & Exosome treatments work?

Stem Cell & Exosome therapy is a cutting edge approach in regenerative medicine that utilizes the body’s natural ability to heal and repair itself. This innovative treatment uses specialized cells known as Stem Cells and Exosomes to address various health challenges.

When injected or infused, these cells migrate to damaged areas, where they start action through different paracrine mechanisms. The Stem Cells & Exosomes start working instantly to reduce inflammation and inhibit immune responses that could cause tissue damage. Cytokines and growth factor substances released by Stem Cells & Exosomes that stimulate other cells to divide and grow and encourage tissue repair. The Stem Cells & Exosomes also stimulate tissues to form new blood vessels. This aspect provides better tissue nutrition and regeneration.

Skylake’s medical experts utilize cutting-edge therapies to repair and restore damaged tissues, enhancing your body’s natural healing capabilities for optimal recovery.

Unlike other clinics we focus solely on using Stem Cells & Exosomes that are ethically derived from Wharton’s Jelly. Skylake follows strict requirements ensuring patient safety and ethical standards.

There are currently no FDA approved Stem Cell and Exosome therapies. More research is needed to determine the optimal conditions for the use of Stem Cells and Exosomes that may vary for specific indications, including the dose, frequency, and method of administration.

Effective July 1, 2025, Florida’s new Stem Cell Therapy Act authorizes board-licensed physicians to provide stem-cell therapies outside of FDA-approved trials, provided they adhere to strict safety standards. All Stem Cells & Exosomes must be sourced from facilities that are FDA-registered and accredited by the Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies. The law explicitly prohibits the use of embryonic stem cells, focusing on non-controversial sources like donated umbilical cords.

Since our treatment plans are specific to each individual patient, there is no set price. One of our team members will review all costs with you before starting treatment.

There are no ethical issues involved with our Stem Cell and Exosome treatments.

Our treatments focus solely on using Human umbilical cord Wharton’s Jelly-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (hUC-WJ-MSCs) and Exosomes. Wharton’s Jelly Stem Cells and Exosomes are sourced from donated umbilical cords after healthy live births. All of Skylake’s Stem Cell and Exosome treatments are ethically sourced exclusively from qualified US donors, following FDA standards and guidelines.

Skylake does not use Embryonic Stem Cells or stem cells derived from bone marrow, aborted tissues, peripheral blood stem cells, or any other source.

Timing of results varies from patient to patient. It is important to speak with your Skylake doctors regarding expected outcomes. Some patients report significant results within the first week and others may not see results for several weeks following treatment. It is impossible to guarantee the exact timing of results as age, diet and lifestyle play a major role in treatment outcomes.

Yes! There have been no reported negative side effects of the Stem Cell and Exosome treatments performed at Skylake. Most patients have a positive outcome with no complications. All of our Stem Cells and Exosomes undergo rigorous donor screening and extensive testing of our MSCs ensures the safest possible care.

All of the treatments performed at Skylake use a combination of Stem Cells and Exosomes.

All of our treatments use Stem Cells called Human umbilical cord Wharton’s Jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-WJ-MSCs).

hUC-WJ-MSCs are a type of Stem Cell with a high capacity for self-renewal and differentiation. These Stem Cells are considered to be ‘age-zero’, meaning they are immunoprivileged and exist in a nondifferentiated state. These Stem Cells are believed to have the highest potency and safety due to these properties, which enhances their effectiveness in therapy.

Exosomes are specialized regenerative vesicles derived from Wharton’s Jelly MSCs. They facilitate cellular communication, modulate immune response, and possess significant anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties. Exosomes can cross biological barriers, enhancing targeted therapeutic effects.

Stem Cell & Exosome therapy is not covered by insurance and is considered a self-pay treatment. We will discuss all payment options with you prior to treatment.

One of the most important parts of any Stem Cell & Exosome therapy is adhering to your post-procedure restrictions, which are covered before your treatment. For the treatment to have the best chance to yield lasting positive benefits, we recommend:

  1. No anti-inflammatory medications for a minimum of 6 weeks
  2. No alcohol, marijuana or other recreational drugs for a minimum of 2 weeks
  3. Rest for the first 24–48 hours, but do not lie sedentary
  4. Start light physical activity within 4-6 days
